Join us for the first of the Halliday Wine Companion Event Series for 2017.

Halliday is teaming up with author Anjum Anand for an exclusive evening of Indian cuisine in Sydney and Melbourne. Experience the essence of India with Anjum's recipes, expertly paired to Yangarra Wines.

Your ticket includes Indian street food on arrival, followed by a three-course Indian feast with matched wines and a copy of Anjum’s new book I Love India to take home.

Anjum Anand has presented two successful series of BBC TV’s "Indian Food Made Easy" showcasing her fascination with the regional and cultural traditions of Indian food, and she has written seven bestselling Indian cookbooks. In 2016, she presented "Anjum’s Australian Spice Stories", a 12-part series on SBS.

Anjum's eighth book, I Love India presents her absolute favourite dishes from all over India. This is her tribute to her homeland, to its extraordinary food culture, drawn from its diverse regions as well as from a host of traders, settlers and immigrants over the years. Anjum offers her personal collection of the most authentic recipes she has gathered over years of travelling throughout the regions of India.
