The reclusive Caledonia Australis is a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay specialist, with three separate vineyard locations. The vineyards are in the Leongatha area, on red, free-draining, high-ironstone soils, on a limestone or marl base, and the slopes are east- to northeast-facing. Small-batch winemaking has resulted in consistently high-quality wines. Exports to the US, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan.
