This is a newly constituted venture between Mark and Jenny Mooney (of the Royal Hotel at Gundaroo) and Andrew and Marion McEwin (of Kyeema Wines). They have joined forces to found Capital Wines, which purchased Kyeema Wines and related contract winemaking in 2008. The new venture has seen the creation of a new series of wines (The Ministry Series), with clever graphic design and generally invigorated marketing efforts. The estate vineyard is still an important source, but grape purchases and an expanded winery are also part of the new venture. Whether by coincidence, or not, consecutive releases of the new wines are of impressive quality, and have led to a doubling of sales. Exports to Singapore.
