Peter and Zoe Kennedy have established Falls Vineyard & Retreat (to give it its full name) on the outskirts of Canowindra. They have planted shiraz, chardonnay, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and semillon, with luxury B&B accommodation offering large spa baths, exercise facilities, fishing and a tennis court.
