Jim and Niki Kladis have developed 11 ha of shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, grenache, verdelho, merlot and muscadelle at their Shoalhaven property, and 4 ha of gewurztraminer and cabernet sauvignon in the Hunter Valley. Additional grapes are also sourced from the Adelaide Hills. The inspiration has been the medium-bodied red wines Jim grew up with on the Greek island of Zante. The winery recently had a $1.5 million upgrade to include a conference centre, restaurant and cellar door. Exports to China, Japan, Fiji and Vanuatu.
