This is the venture of former physician Lindsay Barratt and wife Carolyn. Lindsay has always been responsible for viticulture and, following his retirement in 2001, has taken full, hands-on responsibility for winemaking. In ’02 he received his graduate diploma in oenology from the University of Adelaide, and the quality of the wines is beyond reproach. Limited quantities are exported to the UK, Malaysia and Singapore.
