Our Review
Z Wine is the partnership of sisters Janelle and Kristen Zerk, whose heritage dates back 5 generations at the Zerk Vineyard in Lyndoch. Vineyard resources include growers that supply old-vine shiraz, old bush-vine grenache and High Eden riesling. Both women have completed degrees at the University of Adelaide (Janelle winemaking and Kristen wine marketing). Janelle also has vintage experience in Puligny Montrachet, Tuscany and Sonoma Valley. Wines are released under the Z Wine, Rustica and Section 3146 labels. Z Wine's cellar door is in the main street of Tanunda. -JAMES HALLIDAY
