Our Review
One of the historical treasures of Australia, the oft-photographed stone wine cellars are the oldest in the Clare Valley and winemaking has been an enterprise within this Jesuit province since 1851. All the wines reflect the estate-grown grapes from old vines. In recent years, Sevenhill Cellars has increased its vineyard holdings from 74ha to 96ha. -JAMES HALLIDAY
