Grey-Smith Wines

Ulrich Grey-Smith travelled wine roads near and far before establishing his eponymous business. The original foundation for this career was the completion of the bachelor's degree in oenology at Roseworthy Agricultural College (’87–90). His business goes well beyond the small amount of sparkling wine he makes to all sides of making and selling wine. Ulrich works as a consultant, as a freelance winemaker, and for many years was executive officer and secretary of the Limestone Coast Grape & Wine Council Inc. -JAMES HALLIDAY
