In September 2010 Adelaide Winemakers Pty Ltd was formed by three highly experienced winemakers in the form of Nick Haselgrove, David Watkins and Warren Randall. The company acquired Blackbilly Wines, and moved its operations to a large, functional, venerable winery that has had a number of owner-occupiers over the years. The winery also makes wines for the separate businesses of The Old Faithful Estate and James Haselgrove, as well as leasing winemaking space to one or two other small, high-profile winemakers. Blackbilly and James Haselgrove Wines share 300 ha of vines across Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek and Currency Creek, giving the interconnected businesses a great deal of flexibility. Exports to the UK, the US, Canada, EU, Scandinavia, Philippines, Hong Kong and China.
