Janet Cockbill and Nicholas Clark are multi-talented. Both are archaeologists, but Janet is a multi-tasking genius, combining archaeology, radiography, organic viticulture and wrangling their two small sons. Nicholas studied viticulture at CSU, and both he and Janet worked vintage at Michel Chapoutier’s biodynamic Domaine des Béates in Provence in 2001. Plantings include lagrein and carmenere. Amietta is producing cameo wines of some beauty.
