The Butera family has established pinot noir (1 ha), chardonnay (0.75 ha), riesling, sauvignon blanc, pinot gris (0.5 ha each) and cabernet sauvignon (0.25 ha), with both the winemaking and viticulture handled by the father and son team of Pasquale and Frank. The small production is principally sold through the cellar door plus some retailers and restaurants in the South Gippsland area.
