Sam Plunkett is chief winemaker, and Matt Fowles manages the business, including marketing. The families have had a long association with this dry, cool, granitic region, which has given them a deep understanding of their extensive vineyards (chardonnay, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, merlot, riesling, semillon, viognier, gewurztraminer, savagnin, tempranillo, lagrein, arneis, vermentino, pinot gris and sangiovese).
