In 2008 John and Katie Sprigg decided to pass ownership of their 1300-ha wool, meat and grain-producing farm to son Ben and wife Louise. However, they have kept control of the 6.5 ha of sauvignon blanc, riesling, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon and merlot planted in 1993. Henceforth, each wine will be made as a 100% varietal, and if demand requires, they will increase production by purchasing grapes from growers in the Frankland River region. Riesling will remain the centrepiece of the range. Exports to China, Macau, Japan, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
