Claim Winery
Trevor and Lyn Mann began the development of their 50-ha property in 1996, and now have 1.3 ha each of semillon, sauvignon blanc and chenin blanc; 1.2 ha of shiraz and 1 ha of cabernet sauvignon. A winery was constructed in 1999 to accommodate the first vintage. Winemaking is now in the hands of Bronnley Cahill (Trevor and Lyn’s daughter), with the experienced eye of Lyn in the background. Exports to Germany and Hong Kong.
