This is very much a part-time occupation for owners David van der Walt and Stephen Vaughan. They have planted 6 ha of cabernet sauvignon, 2 ha of chardonnay and 1 ha of shiraz, limiting the make of each variety to 700 cases a year and selling the surplus grapes.
