The partnership of Mike and Barb Scott and Ken and Dot Allan acquired the Rosily Vineyard site in 1994, and the vineyard was planted over the next three years to sauvignon blanc, semillon, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, shiraz, grenache and cabernet franc. The first crops were sold to other makers in the region, but by 1999 Rosily had built a 120-tonne capacity winery. Since that time it has gone from strength to strength, all of its estate-grown grapes being vinified under the Rosily Vineyard label. Exports to the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore.
