The three drops are not the three founders (John Bradbury, Joanne Bradbury and, formerly, Nicola Wallich), but wine, olive oil and water, all of which come from the substantial property at Mount Barker. The plantings are riesling, sauvignon blanc, semillon, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, shiraz and cabernet franc, irrigated – like the olive trees – by a large wetland on the property. The business expanded significantly in 2007 with the purchase of the 14.7-ha Patterson’s Vineyard. Celebrated its 10th vintage in 2010. Exports to the UK, Canada and Hong Kong.
