SubRosa was created by 2 high-performing partners in life and in this exceptional new winery. Adam Louder had completed 31 vintages in the Grampians, Pyrenees, Margaret River, Bordeaux and the Napa Valley, most with famous names. He met Gold Coast–born partner Nancy Panter in the Napa Valley in ’11 while she was working on projects that included the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup and NFL. After the ’12 London Olympics, she and Adam moved between the US and Australia, returning permanently to Australia in ’15, having laid the ground work for SubRosa in ’13. -JAMES HALLIDAY
