Anthony Adams and wife Hellen purchased their property in 2000 after Anthony had spent 10 years as an abalone diver on the far south coast of NSW. He was struck down with a severe case of the bends in 1999, and after spending four days in the re-compression chamber at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney, he wisely decided on a change of career. The Adams and son Damien have a 3ha vineyard planted to chambourcin, merlot, shiraz, verdelho and chardonnay, and built the onsite boutique winery. The wines are sold by mail order and cellar door.
This winery is now closed.
