Justin and Pip Jarrett have been growing grapes in Orange for over 25 years. Their approach to farming is sustainable with a focus on leaving a positive environmental legacy across their 3 high-elevation vineyards (between 700m and 900m). The wines are organically grown and made with as little intervention as possible. Fulcra is the ultra-premium label, made from small parcels of the best fruit. Exports to the US, Sweden and Taiwan.
