Fullarton Estate Wines

This is the venture of Hongwei Hao, who has built up a broad-based wine business in a relatively short period of time, its principal focus on China and other international markets, but also including Australia. As well as producing its own eponymously labelled wines, it has shares in Project Wine and Gomersal Wines (see separate entries). (Project Wine is a major, state-of-the-art grape processing, winemaking and storage facility under the control of senior winemaker Peter Pollard.) Exports to China. -JAMES HALLIDAY
