Our Review

Kim Longbottom has moved her wine business from Padthaway to the Adelaide Hills, where Tapanappa has taken on the responsibility of making three tiers of wines. At the top is Magnus Shiraz from Clarendon and Blewitt Springs; the middle is the H Range from the McLaren Vale floor districts; and there is a sparkling range from the Adelaide Hills. Her daughter Margo brings experience in fashion, digital marketing and business administration. Exports to the UK, the US, Canada, Denmark, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and NZ.

Henry’s Drive Vignerons is the wine operation established in 1998 by Kim Longbottom and her late husband Mark. Proudly family owned and operated, wines are handcrafted from the Padthaway region in the heart of the Limestone Coast, South Australia.
Named after the proprietor of the 19th century mail coach service that once ran through their property.
Today, Kim continues to build the business in honour of Mark; with brands such as Henry’s Drive, Parson’s Flat, The Trial of John Montford, Dead Letter Office, The Postmistress, The Scarlet Letter, Pillar Box and Morse Code. These wines are testament to Kim and Mark’s dedication to crafting fine wines from Padthaway.

Visitors are most welcome at the cellar door facility just outside the township of Padthaway- there you can enjoy a private tasting of the wines; enjoy a light snack or a coffee while enjoying the spectacular views from the hillside location.
