Seven Sundays

This is the virtual winery of Les Hill, best known as a television actor in Underbelly, Rescue Central Ops and Home and Way, and grazer David Flowers, the latter with a large sheep and cattle farm located in Trunkey Creek. They purchase grapes from the Hunter Valley, Mudgee and Adelaide Hills, and have the wines made at Petersons Champagne House. There is a heavy focus on exports to China, with limited Australian distribution. -JAMES HALLIDAY
