Whinstone Estate has developed a reputation for growing fine fruit, most of which has been sold to several of the larger premium winemakers on the Mornington Peninsula. They retain a small amount for wines under the Whinstone Estate label. The vineyard includes pinot noir, pinot gris, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc. In late 2011 Guoing and Diana He purchased Whinstone Estate. Their aim is to continue to grow quality fruit and produce single vineyard wines for the Australian market Exports to China under The Elms label.
