Our Review
Family-owned and operated, Latitude 34 Wine Co was established in 1997 with their first vineyards in the Blackwood Valley (83ha), followed in ’98 by the St Johns Brook Vineyard in Yallingup (37ha). A 1200t winery with temperature-controlled wine storage was built in 2004. The wines are released under the St Johns Brook, Optimus, The Blackwood and Crush labels. Exports to Thailand, China, the UK, Poland and Hong Kong.
About
Our St Johns Brook is a significant vineyard of 40 hectares located in the northern heartland of the Margaret River wine region. St Johns Brook is a mature vineyard established in 1998. Since 2013 we have employed no herbicide practice, low chemical inputs where possible, and implemented our own sustainable composting programme. Bounded by oceans on three sides, our wine appellations experience a distinct Mediterranean climate with unique maritime conditions, and often likened to the Bordeaux region. We are proud of our many awards and accolades that we have achieved around the world. We make awesome wines from our 100 hectares of vineyards located in the Margaret River and Blackwood Valley wine regions.
