What I'm Drinking...

2003 Hurley Vineyard Pinot Noir

Publish Date: 07 Feb 2011

The colour is still strong and vibrant, the palate still opulently rich, with plum and spice aromas and flavours. A few savoury/foresty notes give the wine complexity and length, the tannins present but fine and ripe. Could well have another five years before it starts to quietly fade away. Home made dim sums were the match.
