Agricultural scientist and consultant Allan Pankhurst and wife Christine (with a degree in pharmaceutical science) have established a split-canopy vineyard (pinot noir, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, sangiovese, tempranillo, semillon and sauvignon blanc). Pankhurst has had success with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and, most recently, with its Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. Exports to China.
