Adrian Ribarits has developed over 82 ha of chardonnay, merlot, shiraz and cabernet sauvignon, primarily as a contract grapegrower for Simeon Wines. A small part of the grape production is vinified for Ribarits Estate and sold by mail order at yesterday’s prices.
