When Julian Tertini began the development of Tertini Wines in 2000, he followed in the footsteps of Joseph Vogt 145 years earlier. History does not relate the degree of success that Joseph had, but the site he chose then was, as it is now, a good one. Tertini has pinot noir and riesling (1.8 ha each), cabernet sauvignon and chardonnay (1 ha each), arneis (0.9 ha), pinot gris (0.8 ha), merlot (0.4 ha) and lagrein (0.2 ha). Early indications that riesling and arneis would be particularly well suited have been brought to fruition. Exports to Asia.
