The estate vineyards have been planted to just two varieties: shiraz and cabernet sauvignon. Viticulturist David Mills is a third-generation McLaren Vale resident and has been involved in the establishment of the vineyards from the beginning. Winemaker Scott Rawlinson was with Mildara Blass for eight years before joining the Aramis team under the direction of owner Lee Flourentzou. While all the Aramis wines are available, Spoon does also carry a wine list featuring outstanding Champagnes and icon white and red wines from around the world, and of course Australian wines. Exports to the UK, the US, Canada, Germany, Denmark, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan and Hong Kong.
