Little Creek Wines

This is a partnership between Sam Gibson and brother-in-law Patrick Coghlan. Their real jobs are an archery wholesale business (Pats Archery) situated on the Fleurieu Peninsula. Pat is the leading compound archer in Australia and Sam is the manager of the business, importing and distributing all types of archery equipment. Sam is the one with wine in his veins; his father, Rob Gibson, owns the 5 red star Gibson Wines, and Sam's brother Abel Gibson has his own label, Ruggabellus. For many years Sam and Pat became (archery) friends with Duane Coates, which ultimately led to the creation of this micro-business, with Duane the winemaker. The grapes come from premium growers, and the partners have no intention of establishing/ purchasing vineyards or increasing the amount of wine at the present time. -JAMES HALLIDAY
