The Brown family has for many years been the largest independent grapegrower in Padthaway, a district in which most of the vineyards were established and owned by Wynns, Seppelt, Lindemans and Hardys, respectively. Since 1998, after a slow start, Browns has produced excellent wines and wine production has increased accordingly. Exports to the UK, the US, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan and NZ.
