Graham and Jenny Ellender have established pinot noir (2.7 ha), chardonnay (1 ha), sauvignon blanc (0.2 ha) and pinot gris (0.1 ha). Wine style is now restricted to those varieties true to the ultra-cool climate of the Macedon Ranges: Pinot Noir, Pinot Rose, Chardonnay and sparkling. Exports to the United Arab Emirates.
