David Hayward and Jane Sandilands have established a patchwork quilt vineyard of shiraz, riesling, viognier, cabernet franc, petit verdot and cabernet sauvignon. By 2006 they had been practising organic growing for five years, and biodynamic for one year. The Shiraz is estate-grown, the Merlot organically grown at Strath Creek and purchased by Haywards. Exports to Hong Kong.
