Winemaker Al Fencaros has a Bachelor of Wine Science (CSU) and was formerly employed by De Bortoli in the Yarra Valley. All of the Allinda wines are produced onsite; all except the Shiraz (from Heathcote) are estate-grown from a little over 3 ha of vineyards. Limited retail distribution in Melbourne and Sydney.
