Dominic and Karen Cellante have established their vineyard on the corner of Melba Highway and Rudduck Lane, Coldstream. They planted 1 ha each of cabernet sauvignon and chardonnay, and were content to sell the grapes until prices started falling, which led to the establishment of the Cellante Wines label.
