The Basket Pressed Grenache is one of Kay Brothers' most popular wines that regularly sells out, perhaps thanks to its fruit-forward style, medium-body with fine tannin and gentle acidity. It's also  delightfully aromatic with delicate floral and dark cherry notes. Having recently sold out of the 2017 vintage, Kay Brothers are looking forward to releasing the 2018 vintage at the McLaren Vale Sea & Vines Festival on the Queen’s birthday June long weekend, June 8-10.

2018 Sidewood Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaker Darryl Catlin carefully selected the best parcels of fruit from the Mappinga Vineyard, ensuring that the fruit was picked at precisely the right moment. Citrus and tropical aromas intertwine with delicate, crisp flavours of lychee, green apple, passionfruit and lemon peel. Beautifully balanced with lovely mid-palate roundness and a soft, lingering finish.

Vasse Felix Classic Dry White


2018 Vasse Felix Classic Dry White 

Vasse Felix have crafted this popular and pure-fruit style since 1987. It is a zesty, fresh and crisp wine, that’s consistently reviewed at 90 points and above by James Halliday, offering exceptional quality for less then $20. A fruity, light, crisp and easy-to-drink expression of a classic Margaret River semillon and sauvignon blanc blend, with generous yet refined tropical fruit flavours complemented by floral notes and a clean finish.

Angove McLaren Vale Shiraz

2017 Angove McLaren Vale Family Crest Shiraz

This is a handmade wine, with aromas of red cherry and rich chocolate with Allspice following. Dark chocolate and liquorice precede berries and white pepper with a mouth-filing presence, along with soft lingering tannins and finely integrated oak. A perfect McLaren Vale shiraz that’s been awarded 94 points by James Halliday.
