NV Azahara Sparkling Rosé
Made from classic sparkling varieties chardonnay and pinot noir, Azahara Sparkling Rosé is stylish, light and refreshing. Winemaker Frank Newman describes the wine as having “notes of fresh, red berries, white flowers and hints of toasted brioche – complemented by soft, smooth bubbles and a crisp finish”.
2014 Sidewood Isabella Rosé
Named after the vignerons’ daughter, Isabella Rose, this wine displays aromas of red berries with enticing, delicate hints of pressed flowers. With a blend of 60 per cent MV6 pinot noir and 40 per cent Dijon chardonnay clones, expect flavours of wild strawberries, black cherries, citrus blossom and toasted brioche with a long, textural finish.

2008 Hollydene Blanc de Blancs Chardonnay
Made by Kilchurn Wines on behalf of Hollydene Estate, this long, lean and dry wine got Best Sparkling in Australia at the Australian Sparkling Wine Show for the second year running. Delicate but with a nice balance of acid, expect aromas of lemons and apples with a lovely, soft fruit flavour on the palate. Enjoy as a crisp, hunger-inducing aperitif.
