The Chinese Winery Membership with Halliday will be centred on the Halliday Mini-Program within the app WeChat. WeChat has over one billion monthly active users, and has been described as China’s ‘app for everything’ because of its huge range of functions. Users are continually using the messaging service, posting content and following brands.
Halliday Wine Companion has an official account on WeChat, where users can view articles and information about wineries. We have also launched a Halliday Mini-Program, which has allowed us to build our own mini app within WeChat itself, and which is a secondary version of the Wine Companion website.
The Chinese Winery Membership will be an add-on to your regular winery membership with Halliday, and entitles you to customise your winery listing within the WeChat app on the Halliday Mini-Program, as well as an IP license to use Mandarin Halliday tasting notes and point roundels, and four complimentary tasting note translations of notes of your choice.
