The list that follows forms part of James Halliday’s 2020 Top 100.

“22 of the 59 wines on the shortlist were shiraz, eight selected, the remainder equally split between pinot noir/meunier, cabernet sauvignon/blends and grenache, and each provided four of the selections. This category was by far the strongest, the selection process the most difficult.”
