Our Review
Graham and Jan Kerr began the development of Tom's Waterhole Wines in 1997, progressively establishing shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, semillon and merlot, completing the planting program in 2001. They have decided to bypass the use of irrigation, so the yields will always be low, and the vineyards are certified organic. The Kerrs also run balloon joy flights from the winery base. -JAMES HALLIDAY
