Our Review
Eagles Rest is a boutique, family owned and operated winery from Pokolbin Hunter Valley. Named after the resident wedged-tailed eagles, we aim to honour the beauty and wildness of the land in every aspect of our business. Machinery is limited and many tasks are done by hand. We're passionate about finding natural solutions to problems and minimising our impact on the surrounding environment. Eagles Rest has flown under the radar since its establishment in '07, and still does. The estate is planted to 8ha of chardonnay, 7ha shiraz, 3ha semillon and 2ha verdelho.
