Peter Drayton Wines is the perfect place to start your Hunter Valley Wine tasting adventure. The Cellar Door offers a range of tasting experiences, from one-on-one intimate tastings, to small groups by appointment only. Tastings are hosted by our friendly Cellar Door staff, with years of experience and knowledge to make your visit memorable. Our Cellar Door is open seven days a week from 10am until 5pm.

Peter Drayton Wines is also home to IronBark Hill Brewhouse and The Brewhouse Kitchen, serving up delicious gourmet pizzas from our Italian outdoor pizza oven, as well as a range of tempting pastas, salads and small plates every day for lunch, as well as Friday and Saturday nights for dinner. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a delicious meal paired with a glass of wine or beer in our outdoor pavilion overlooking the vines!

IronBark Hill Vineyard is home to six architecturally built villas, and feature one and two king sized bedrooms, modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, a lounge area with a large flatscreen TV, dining area and outdoor entertainment area with gas BBQ. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst relaxing on the chaise or sitting on your private deck enjoying the sweeping views of the Ironbark Hill Vineyard. The villas are a short walk from our Cellar Door and Brewhouse, as well as our Wedding Chapel and Function Centre.
