Queens Pinch Vineyard

When Andrew Buchanan purchased the 4ha vineyard (planted to 3ha of cabernet sauvignon and 1ha of chardonnay), it had simply been a grapegrowing business, the grapes sold to other wineries in the region. He has turned that around, and while the cellar is not open, the wines are available from the website. Situated 10km from the centre of Mudgee, Andrew says, ‘The story is that it was once Mudgee's brothel.
