Rob and Felicia (Fliss) Coles first established a vineyard in the Cowra region in 1997, but decided to move to Orange to pursue cooler climate varieties, making that move in 2005, with the establishment of 6.5ha of vines more or less equally split to sauvignon blanc, arneis, riesling, pinot gris, viognier, pinot noir and shiraz. Organic and biodynamic principles are used in the vineyard.
