St Anne's Vineyards

New South Wales | Perricoota

James' Review

The McLean family has a multi-pronged grapegrowing and winemaking business with 182ha of vines on the Murray River. All the mainstream varieties are grown, the lion's share to chardonnay, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and merlot, with lesser quantities of semillon, sauvignon blanc, durif and petit verdot. There is also a very small planting at Myrniong in the Pentland Hills, a 50-minute drive from the heart of Melbourne, where the main cellar door is situated. There are three other cellar doors: Moama (Cnr Perricoota Road and 24 Lane), Lorne (150 Mount Joy Parade) and Echuca (53 Murray Esplanade). Exports to China.

With 40 years' experience and family-owned passion, St Anne's Winery boasts an exciting range of premium wines. Light toasty Chardonnay, herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc, spicy Shiraz, luscious Liqueur Muscat and our range of Tawny Ports which, in many ways, define us and, with consecutive show awards since first competing, our quality speaks loudly.

Shiraz, Cabernet sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris
