Massey Wines/two rooms Wines

This is the venture of Bevan and Catherine Ferguson, representing a fork in the road for Bevan. His winemaking career commenced at Rockford in 1995, then Larkhill, Evans and Tate, Petaluma and, finally, Coriole in 2002. Having secured grape purchase agreements with loyal growers in McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills, and also sharefarming a small parcel of eight-year-old vines at Blewitt Springs, Massey Wines began production in 04. The wines are made in shared accommodation at the historic Stonyfell winery, and the wines reflect Bevan's experience to date. -JAMES HALLIDAY
