He and wife Suzanne have established a classic negociant wine business, having wines contract-made to their specifications. They choose what they consider the best regions for each variety; thus Clare Valley Riesling, Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc, Hunter Valley Semillon, Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and Yarra Valley Pinot Noir.
