Black Bishop Wines

Black Bishop was established by three mates from school, Jack Horsnell, Damon Koerner and Chris Bishop, each 27 years old. Chris has an ongoing love for Barossa Shiraz, and thought that it made sense to make his own wine rather than purchasing it from others; Damon grew up in the Watervale district of the Clare Valley, and studied oenology and viticulture at Adelaide University, working vintages across Australia and abroad since graduation; and Jack grew up living and working in Adelaide Hills hotels, often drinking (‘way') too much local wine. -JAMES HALLIDAY
